I like my work to exude a raw human energy. I want the brutal act of making to be evident in the marks and on the surface. I begin each painting or sculpture with specific outcomes in mind, but allow myself to be directed by the piece I am making, embracing each accident and creating something new in the process. I tend towards a playful manipulation of everyday materials and imagery.

Explosion

Superb paintings! I came back to them more than once. They are hypnotic. I simply love that explosion of colours in the centre of the composition. Amazing!

Turner

Increible! Me gusta mucho como mezclas los colores. Como chocan unos con otros. Me recuerda mucho a Turner. Tienes una pincelada magistral. Me encantaria poder ver tu obra expuesta en algun sitio. Saludos grandes desde Argentina.

Good work. The juxtaposition of pastel colours is very attractive. I look forward to seeing your work in an exhibition soon. Many thanks for sharing.

Development

The colours and textures are lovely but maybe there could be some more development in this series? All of them seem to be a slight variation on one another.

Great works

Love these paintings. The movement from the brush strokes create such an emotive set of images.
